Just glass of juice in morning could keep us healthy. When the thing comes to juices you can find many type of juices like fruit or vegetable. I would like to tell you about fruit juices which even I like a lot. It helps to fight against diseases like cancer, stroke, arterial damage, and heart diseases. People like to drink fruit juices more than vegetables. It’s not so difficult to prepare. I have a very easy method that you may like. INGREDIANTS 1 Apple 2 spoon sugar 1 cup milk 1 spoon custard powder METHOD First make use of juicer. Grind the apples in the juicer for 3 mints. Then after 3 mints add sugar, milk, custard powder and grind it again for 2 mints. Then add some dry-fruits for garnish. Now your juice is ready to drink. I hope you like it.
